WHY I COACH

Dom Gardner, PharmD, SHRM-CP, PMP, ASBC

One of the hardest parts of being a business leader is feeling like you don’t have everything you need to excel. I’ve been there. When I started my first leadership role, I had a lot of passion and excitement, but lacked the confidence and skills to lead effectively. When I started working with consultants and leadership coaches, they helped me hone my skills and gave me the confidence to lead. This completely transformed my perspective. I began noticing strengths and weaknesses in the leaders around me, and discovered a deep passion in myself for helping others step into their full potential. I’ve seen firsthand how strong and healthy leadership fuels business growth. 

 

My background in healthcare management has equipped me with the authority and expertise to effectively guide leaders in the industry. After transitioning into compounding pharmacy, I uncovered my passion for helping small businesses thrive. I hold a Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD) from the University of Georgia. Since earning my degree, I’ve expanded my skills with certifications from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM-CP), Cornell University (Certificate of Executive Leadership and Performance Coaching), the Project Management Institute (PMP), and the Association of Accredited Small Business Consultants (ASBC). These credentials, combined with my extensive experience, ensure I have the tools to help you lead with clarity and grow with strategy.
